We love showcasing local artists! You may have noticed the beautiful beer goddess and deity rollercoaster featuring Willy Nelson at our Dunedin taproom. That mural was done by Dunedin artist Yhali Ilan. Or perhaps the classic “Dunedin Orange” on our taproom storefront by Steve Spathelf, who also inspired the can art for our core creamsicle-wheat Grafitti Orange. Over in Tampa, our bathrooms have been taken to outer space and are being attacked by a Space-ta-puss, done by local artists and 7venth Sunners Alex Gnatt, Ally Davis, and Katrina Kane, their work is also displayed in our taproom! And last but not least, our Tampa location’s stunning Roller Derby Girl taproom mural is by local Tampa artist Nellie Horne.

Mostly, yes. Though, we do tend to use milk sugar, such as lactose, in some of our beers to give a different kind of sweet taste. If lactose is used, it will be noted in the description of the beer. Also, you can always ask our beertenders which non-vegan beers are on the board so you can avoid them and make an informed decision!

Pronounced: Say-Zaan. This incredible ale style of beer originated in Belgium and was perfected by the French. Also known as a Farmhouse Ale, Saisons are rustic beers that are unlike any other style. Often cultivated by using wild, top-fermenting yeast and a variety of local ingredients, including various grains. They are incredibly refreshing and moderate in alcohol. Saisons range from light to dark, taste malty or hoppy with low bitterness and are often noted for fruity or spicy characteristics.
Also referred to as Acid Beers, typically include Berliner Weisses, Gose, Lambic, American Wild Ales, and recently Sour IPAs. Delicious, tart, and cravable!
Maibock is brewed similar to a lager but has its own signature style! This beer tends to be made from a base of pale pilsner malt with generous additions of Vienna malt, Munich malt, and/or other lightly caramelized malts. Check out our rendition, Maibock and Diamonds, when available!
Berliner Weisse is low alcohol, tart, sour wheat beer that dates back to the 16th century in Northern Germany. Customarily served with a flavored syrup of Woodruff or raspberries. 7venth Sun takes Berliners to a new level with amazing flavor combos and is by far our favorite to experiment with! The tartness of this beer comes from lactic bacteria and the traditional Brettanomyces yeast strain.
No trippy here, unless you forgot to tie your shoes. We are talking about Sour Beers such as Berliner Weisse, Saison, Gose, Wild Ales, and the occasional Lambic. Never had one? We suggest you try it out!
No, CDB, though sharing the exact same molecular structure as the marijuana plant, does not have psychoactive properties aka the “high sensation”. Its main use is for body care in the way of relaxation. CBD interacts with your body’s endocannabinoid system to help soothe anxiety, depression, and body pain. And thanks to our brewers, it’s now a tasty way to chillax.
Great question. “IPA” stands for India Pale Ale, a hoppy style of beer that falls under the pale ale category. Pale ale is a type of beer that is brewed with mostly pale malts for a more equal malt-to-hop ratio. When it comes down to it, a Pale Ale should have a nice hop character but medium build, whereas IPAs tend to have higher ABV and IBU, generally speaking. We offer many IPAs such as the Headbanger (East Coast style) IPA. Our core Pale Ale is the deliciously crisp Control Freak.
We get asked this all the time! West Coast IPAs are known for being crisp, clear, and assertively hoppy with a beautiful hop aroma on the nose and a delicious bitter aftertaste. A great example is our Headbanger IPA! East Coast IPAs are certainly still hoppy but are known to be hazy, fruity, and juicy with a soft finish. Yummy examples would be our America H*Ya DIPA or Clique Bait IPA.

Nope! While we’ll offer some of the same beers in both locations, each location has its own specialties that they brew!

Pronounced: Gose-uh (rhymes with nose, adding “uh” to the end). Gose is a tart German wheat beer brewed and known for its slight salty flavor. It belongs to the same family as Berliner Weisse and Belgian Witbier. It’s a hella refreshing, light beer perfect for our hot Florida weather!
