Mostly, yes; though occasionally we use lactose (milk sugar) to add body and sweetness. If lactose is used, it will be noted in the beer’s description online, on the beer list, and on the can (when applicable) and you can always ask our beertenders if you have any questions; they can inform you as to which non-vegan beers are available.
Yes! Children are allowed at both locations provided they are accompanied, supervised by a responsible adult, and are well behaved. If children damage property, are disruptive or bothering other guests they will be required to leave.
Yes! Our taproom has handicap accessibility at both entrances and in the bathrooms.
We are always accepting applications! Please send your cover letter and resume to [email protected] to be reviewed.
Heck Yes You Can! Click HERE to get started! The 1,200-square-foot brewery located in beautiful Dunedin features 10 taps, a semi-private small area near our production space, and ample outdoor shaded seating.
Yes, upon prior request and confirmation given by the taproom manager. We ask that you please purchase products from our tap list as well as tip the bartenders and clean up any empty bottles/cans/cups etc. The staff might also love a small sample or two if you have some to spare.
Dogs are welcome at all of our locations as long as they’re leashed, well behaved, and like to get pets from our staff. Service dogs are allowed inside the taproom. We reserve the right to ask anyone with a misbehaving pet to leave and we are not liable for any damage or injury caused by or to your pet.
At this time, 7venth Sun does not distribute out of the state of FL. Our local distributor is JJ Taylor (Tampa Bay, Fort Meyers and Treasure Coast) and we also work with Cavalier distributing (primarily Orlando and surrounding area) and Tri-Eagle (Tallahassee & surrounding area). We do not distribute in South Florida at this time. Please contact any of our distributors to determine where you can purchase our products.
We have a variety of charities to which we donate and these are typically planned out one year in advance, however we occasionally make an exception. If you would like to be considered for our donation list please email [email protected] for your request.
Yes! Please go to our ‘Contact Us’ page and fill out the form request for a Private Event!
Yes! We can fill 32 and 64oz growlers only. They MUST be clean. If they have dirt, mold, bugs, old beer (we’ve seen it all!), we will not fill your growler – no exceptions. Also, we will not fill something that is not a properly marked vessel meant specifically for the purpose of being a growler (for example, we will not fill empty water bottles, your thermos, garbage backs, newspaper, ketchup bottles – you get the idea).
Don’t have a growler and want one? We sell 32oz glass growlers at both locations for $4 plus the cost of the fill. You are welcome to bring them back to be refilled (as long as they are clean). If you don’t want to keep them, they are recyclable after removing the latch. Additionally, exclusive to the Tampa location, we offer 24oz aluminum crowler fills for $1 plus the fill cost. If you don’t know, a crowler is a 32 oz can that we fill off the draft taps and seal for you to take home.
We purge growlers and crowlers with carbon dioxide before filling them off our draft tap line to help preserve the beer’s freshness. Please note, however, that growlers/crowlers are meant to be consumed sooner rather than later – typically best within a few days but can be kept up to a couple of weeks depending on the beer. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask our staff.
AND on TUESDAYS – get $2 OFF 32oz growler and crowler fills at both locations.
To keep your growler clean we recommend rinsing in warm/hot water immediately after it’s been emptied. Air dry OPEN until it is completely dry to avoid mold growth.
We do enjoy helping the community when we can! We have a variety of charities to which we donate and these are typically planned out one year in advance, however we occasionally make an exception. If you would like to be considered for our donation list please email [email protected] for your request.
Why yes we do!
Every Monday is Industry Night! Fellow bartenders, servers, and hospitality roles receive 50% off their full draft pours ($3) from 7PM to close with proof of employment.
Every Thursday from 7PM to close, we give 50% off full pour drafts ($3) to our closest neighbors for Local Love! For our Dunedin location, you must have a 34698 zip code. Please show your I.D. or a piece of recent mail to receive your discount.
YES! 7venth Sun now has it’s very own Hard Seltzers! Try our all natural Peaked in High School Fruit Punch Seltzer or our Pain Killer cocktail-inspired Pink/Blue Tax Hard Seltzers!
We also offer many different gluten-free options made by other fabulous vendors such as B. Nektar ciders and meads, Swell Hard Selzer, and red and white wine in Dunedin, as well as Untitled Art Hard Seltzers in Tampa. This is not a complete list – our lineup is always changing and evolving. Please ask your beertender what gluten-free options are available to you.
Yes! Please ask the beertender what is available! We generally offer sodas, kombucha, and CBD Seltzer.
Yes! Our Dunedin location has outdoor seating both covered and uncovered.
Yes! Parking in Dunedin is a bit limited but usually available – please respect our plaza neighbors by not parking in spots reserved for other businesses. If you are in town for a Dunedin event, we request that you move your car when you leave the brewery because our lot has limited space (of course only as long as you can drive safely and responsibly). Also, Dunedin has lots of public parking and is very walkable – feel free to park downtown and walk to our location as well as visit one or more of the NINE breweries in our fantastic little town.
Not necessarily! There may be some overlap but with 10 taps in Dunedin and 28 in Tampa… well, physics, math and whatnot… you get how that’s not possible.
We do offer the same 7venth Sun cans and bottles at both locations but the draft list is always changing.
We like to Party…But we like to party responsibly. So if you need us to help call you an Uber/Taxi, please let us know! Your safety is important to us. And safety is sexy.
Nooooooot really. If you’ve been on one brewery tour, you have been on them all, lol! But, you never know, you may catch us on a “need to share our process” type of day.
Nooooot really. You can request to see if any are available at [email protected].
Yes, we can ship merchandise to you anywhere! Check out our online store @ 7venthsun.com/shop.
Please send your keg request through our Contact Us page or make the request in our taproom with our beertender! Generally, we have half and quarter kegs available of our core beer but please allow at least two weeks’ notice. For special requests, please allow a month’s notice. Thank you!
Our Dunedin location opened its doors on January 7th, 2012! Thanks to its success, we were able to open our second location in the beautiful Seminole Heights neighborhood of Tampa in August 2017!
If you have any questions that were not answered in the FAQs, please send your inquiries via our Contact Us page.
Thank you, we do a LOT of fun brews, and we are so glad you enjoyed it! Please send your request here! If you can’t remember the name of the beer, please be as descriptive as possible!
Please send requests to [email protected]!
We love showcasing local artists! You may have noticed the beautiful beer goddess and deity rollercoaster featuring Willy Nelson at our Dunedin taproom. That mural was done by Dunedin artist Yhali Ilan. Or perhaps the classic “Dunedin Orange” on our taproom storefront by Steve Spathelf, who also inspired the can art for our core creamsicle-wheat Grafitti Orange.
Our taps are always rotating! Check out our current taps here: Dunedin Taps.
No trippy here, unless you forgot to tie your shoes. We are talking about Sour Beers such as Berliner Weisse, Saison, Gose, Wild Ales, and the occasional Lambic. Never had one? We suggest you try it out!
We accept cash and credit cards! No Apple pay, sorry.
You would look fly with some of our gear. Check out our Shop!
Maibock is brewed similar to a lager but has its own signature style! This beer tends to be made from a base of pale pilsner malt with generous additions of Vienna malt, Munich malt, and/or other lightly caramelized malts. Check out our rendition, Maibock and Diamonds, when available!
7venth Sun is for everyone. We aim to provide a safe, relaxing place for ALL. We are a women-run and owed business that loves a good underdog story. It’s a place to have a great conversation with an unexpected friend. We are laid back. Expect great eclectic music in our taproom. We welcome the passion to be creative. We are here for silly shenanigans. And above all, a love of Beer!
The 7venth Sun Dunedin is located at 1012 Broadway Dunedin, FL 34698.
The best place to find all of our varieties of beer on draft and in cans is direct from the source in our Dunedin or Tampa tasting rooms, but we understand you can’t always make the trek. 7venth Sun draft beers are flowing at many local restaurants and even at Busch Gardens! Look for our tap handles when you are out and about. The most reliable places to find our beer in cans throughout the Tampa Bay area are Lueken’s Liquor, Total Wine, and at select Publix locations. Also, keep an eye out for our beers in local liquor stores and gas stations in your area. Check with our distributor JJ Taylor if your restaurant or bar would like to feature 7venth Sun Cans or Bottles!

No, CDB, though sharing the exact same molecular structure as the marijuana plant, does not have psychoactive properties aka the “high sensation”. Its main use is for body care in the way of relaxation. CBD interacts with your body’s endocannabinoid system to help soothe anxiety, depression, and body pain. And thanks to our brewers, it’s now a tasty way to chillax.
Unfortunately, No. We can not ship beer to anyone in state or out of state.
