FAQs
Mostly, yes; though occasionally we use lactose (milk sugar) to add body and sweetness. If lactose is used, it will be noted in the beer’s description online, on the beer list, and on the can (when applicable) and you can always ask our beertenders if you have any questions; they can inform you as to which vegan beers are available.
Yes! Children are allowed provided they are supervised by an adult and not disrupting other customers; in the event they are, they will be asked to leave.
Yes!
We are always accepting applications! Please send your cover letter and resume to [email protected] to be reviewed.
Heck Yes You Can! Click HERE to get started! The 1,200-square-foot brewery located in beautiful Dunedin features 10 taps, a semi-private small area near our production space, and ample outdoor shaded seating.
Yes, upon prior request and confirmation given by the taproom manager. We ask that you please purchase products from our tap list as well as tip the bartenders and clean up any empty bottles/cans/cups etc. The staff might also love a small sample or two if you have some to spare.
Dogs are welcome at all of our locations as long as they’re leashed, well behaved, and like to get pets from our staff. Service dogs are allowed inside the taproom. We reserve the right to ask anyone with a misbehaving pet to leave and we are not liable for any damage or injury caused by or to your pet.
At this time, 7venth Sun does not distribute out of the state of FL. Our local distributor is JJ Taylor (Tampa Bay, Fort Meyers and Treasure Coast) in addition to Tri-Eagle (Tallahassee, Gainesville, Ocala). We do not distribute in South, West or Northwest Florida at this time. Please contact any of our distributors to determine where you can purchase our products.
We have a variety of charities to which we donate and these are typically planned out one year in advance, however we occasionally make an exception. If you would like to be considered for our donation list please email [email protected] for your request.
Yes! Please go to our ‘Contact Us’ page and fill out the form request for a Private Event!
Yes! We can fill 32 and 64oz growlers only. They MUST be clean. If they have dirt, mold, bugs, old beer (we’ve seen it all!), we will not fill your growler – no exceptions. Also, we will not fill something that is not a properly marked vessel meant specifically for the purpose of being a growler (for example, we will not fill empty water bottles, your thermos, garbage backs, newspaper, ketchup bottles – you get the idea).
Don’t have a growler and want one? We sell 32oz glass growlers at both locations for $4 plus the cost of the fill. You are welcome to bring them back to be refilled (as long as they are clean). If you don’t want to keep them, they are recyclable after removing the latch. Additionally, exclusive to the Tampa location, we offer 24oz aluminum crowler fills for $1 plus the fill cost. If you don’t know, a crowler is a 32 oz can that we fill off the draft taps and seal for you to take home.
We purge growlers and crowlers with carbon dioxide before filling them off our draft tap line to help preserve the beer’s freshness. Please note, however, that growlers/crowlers are meant to be consumed sooner rather than later – typically best within a few days but can be kept up to a couple of weeks depending on the beer. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask our staff.
AND on TUESDAYS – get $2 OFF 32oz growler and crowler fills at both locations.
To keep your growler clean we recommend rinsing in warm/hot water immediately after it’s been emptied. Air dry OPEN until it is completely dry to avoid mold growth.
We do enjoy helping the community when we can! We have a variety of charities to which we donate and these are typically planned out one year in advance, however we occasionally make an exception. If you would like to be considered for our donation list please email [email protected] for your request.
Why yes we do!
Every Monday is Industry Night! Fellow bartenders, servers, and hospitality workers get $5 pours of the left side of the tap list with proof of employment.
Every Thursday from 7PM to close, we give 50% off full pour drafts to our closest neighbors for Local Love! You must have a 34698 zip code. Please show your I.D. or a piece of recent mail to receive your discount.
YES! 7venth Sun always has something gluten free on tap, whether its an in-house hard seltzer or one of our gluten-free sours like Level 7 (blueberry, lavender, elderflower, lemon). But if that’s not your thing…
We also offer seltzers from Swell and Untitled Arts, ciders and meads by B. Nektar, and both red and white wine. You can usually count on these but our lineup is always changing and evolving. Please ask your beertender what gluten-free options are available to you.
Yes! We make our own CBD 7eltzer that is non-alcoholic and sometimes on tap or in cans. We also have soda, water and a canned non-alcoholic beer selection from guest breweries. Please ask the beertender what is available!
Yes! We have both covered and uncovered outdoor seating. Hang at a picnic bench in the beer garden or enjoy some great people-watching from our high-top tables out front.
Yes! We have plenty of room most of the time. That said, Dunedin is always active with events and we ask if you are in town for an event, that you move your car when you leave the brewery to make space for other patrons (assuming you can do so safely). Also, Dunedin has lots of public parking and is very walkable – feel free to park downtown and walk to our location as well as visit one or more of the eight breweries in our fantastic little town.
We like to Party…But we like to party responsibly. So if you need us to help call you an Uber/Taxi, please let us know! Your safety is important to us. And safety is sexy.

We love showcasing local artists! You may have noticed the beautiful beer goddess and deity rollercoaster featuring Willy Nelson at our Dunedin taproom. That mural was done by Dunedin artist Yhali Ilan. Or perhaps the classic “Dunedin Orange” on our taproom storefront by Steve Spathelf, who also inspired the can art for our core creamsicle-wheat Grafitti Orange.
Our taps are always rotating! Check out our current taps here: Dunedin Taps.
Our to-go cans and bottles are always rotating! Check out our current list here: Dunedin Taps / Tampa Taps! They’ll be the ones with the little bottle or can tab icons.
No trippy here, unless you forgot to tie your shoes. We are talking about Sour Beers such as Berliner Weisse, Saison, Gose, Wild Ales, and the occasional Lambic. Never had one? We suggest you try it out!
We accept cash and credit cards! No Apple pay, sorry.
You would look fly with some of our gear. Check out our Shop!
Maibock is brewed similar to a lager but has its own signature style! This beer tends to be made from a base of pale pilsner malt with generous additions of Vienna malt, Munich malt, and/or other lightly caramelized malts. Check out our rendition, Maibock and Diamonds, when available!
7venth Sun is for everyone. We aim to provide a safe, relaxing place for ALL. We are a women-run and owed business that loves a good underdog story. It’s a place to have a great conversation with an unexpected friend. We are laid back. Expect great eclectic music in our taproom. We welcome the passion to be creative. We are here for silly shenanigans. And above all, a love of Beer!
The best place to find all of our varieties of beer on draft and in cans is direct from the source in our Dunedin or Tampa tasting rooms, but we understand you can’t always make the trek. 7venth Sun draft beers are flowing at many local restaurants and even at Busch Gardens! Look for our tap handles when you are out and about. The most reliable places to find our beer in cans throughout the Tampa Bay area are Lueken’s Liquor, Total Wine, and at select Publix locations. Also, keep an eye out for our beers in local liquor stores and gas stations in your area. Check with our distributor JJ Taylor if your restaurant or bar would like to feature 7venth Sun Cans or Bottles!

No, CDB, though sharing the exact same molecular structure as the marijuana plant, does not have psychoactive properties aka the “high sensation”. Its main use is for body care in the way of relaxation. CBD interacts with your body’s endocannabinoid system to help soothe anxiety, depression, and body pain. And thanks to our brewers, it’s now a tasty way to chillax.
Unfortunately, No. We can not ship beer to anyone in state or out of state.
