TBBW at 7venth: Monday NEIPA’s!
We are kicking off beer week with a stellar line-up New England IPA’s (aka Hazy IPAs, NEIPAs, super yummy IPAs)
We will be featuring:
Trillium’s…
Double Dry Hopped Congress Street IPA: A exhibition of Australian Galaxy Hops, yellow-orange straw in appearance with a thick milky haze. Bold, rich flavors of guava, juicy nectarine, and white grapefruit rush over the palate while notes of cedar and dragonfruit provide a balanced, yet slick finish with a moderate bite.
AND
Melcher Street IPA: Spotlighting the remarkably complex Mosaic hop, this IPA is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of grapefruit, mild-earthy pine, and mango on the nose. Dank flavors of pine and green hop, along with juicy notes of tropical fruit, melon, and peach, are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.
Bissel Brothers’
The Substance Ale IPA. Brightly dank and designed to be just mysterious enough… Hopped with Falconer’s Flight, Centennial, Apollo, Chinook, and Eureka.
Tripping Animals:
Smile You Son of A… Triple IPA – 9.2%
All for Down Under: IPA w/ Vic Secret, Amarillo, and Motueka – 7.2%
