Radiate Yoga will be providing some guided self-care at 11AM before our market! Find your mind, body, and breath connection with Radiate Yoga every first Sunday of the month at 7eventh Sun Brewery!
Join us for a relaxing, guided yoga class suitable for all experience levels. After class, grab a complimentary beer and explore the Botanicals and Brews Market. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, and a water bottle – yoga blocks will be available during class. Tickets: $20 for class and complimentary 7venth Sun beer
Alayssia is a Certified Yoga Teacher, experienced in ashtanga-vinyasa and alignment-based yoga.
