Tuesday, September 20th starting at 6:30PM,  7venth Sun and Ignite invites you to a Barre Class held at the Tampa taproom.

Barre is a low-impact full-body workout incorporating isometric movements to bring the body to fatigue, then immediately stretching the muscles worked to lengthen, strengthen and tone the body.

Ignite offers 50 minutes Barre, which combines the classic moves of barre with cardio-centric intervals.

Be sure you are wearing comfortable clothes and shoes to allow movement. The class will be held inside the taproom during normal business. Micky’s Rollin Bistro will be on-site in case you get hungry!

Tickets are $25 for the class including one full draft pour.  Tickets must be purchased in advance here:
